NeuroReHub
Neurodiversity Resource Hub
NeuroReHub is a comprehensive digital portal and mobile application serving as a “one-stop shop” for expert resources, government service links, and professional guidance. Available on both web and mobile platforms, it bridges the information gap to ensure that geographical barriers do not prevent families from accessing quality care.
Info Hub
A specialized knowledge base providing deep insights into nine core neurodevelopmental conditions—including Autism, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, and Dyslexia. This repository serves as a bridge between diagnosis and action, offering caregivers the clarity needed to understand specific neurotypes and evidence-based care strategies.
Library
The Library provides a comprehensive collection of legal instruments divided into national and international frameworks to support informed advocacy.
National Frameworks (Kenya): Access localized laws including the Persons with Disabilities (PWD) Act 2025, the PWD National Policy, and the Children’s Act. These documents outline specific rights to non-discrimination, employment quotas, and reasonable accommodations within the Kenyan context.
International Frameworks: Explore global and continental standards such as the UN CRPD (Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities), the Africa Disability Protocol, the GDS 2025 Commitments, and the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals). These frameworks establish the universal human rights principles that guide our mission of total inclusion.
Service Provider Directory
The Service Provider Directory is a searchable digital map designed to connect families with a vetted network of essential professionals and institutions. This centralized hub provides direct access to Government Services—such as NCPWD registration and education assistance—alongside comprehensive listings for Therapy & Clinical Services, Medical & Health Professionals (including specialists like Developmental Pediatricians and Neurologists), and Inclusive Education & Schools. It serves as a vital link for families to navigate the complex landscape of neurodevelopmental health and social protection in Kenya.
Daily Checklist
A specialized management tool within the app designed to help caregivers organize daily routines, track health metrics, and monitor progress.
Smart Dashboard: Features a gamified tracking system for daily productivity and “Caregiver Level” milestones.
Task & Med Tracking: Tools for daily scheduling and logging medication doses with visual inventory alerts.
Sleep Hygiene: Interactive modules for tracking sleep patterns and setting healthy cycles.
Neuro-AI
A 24/7 intelligent assistant providing instant, data-driven support for caregivers. It uses advanced webhooks to answer care-related questions and offer immediate navigation guidance through the wider ecosystem.
Assistive Device Store
A specialized e-commerce platform simplifying access to accessibility and developmental tools. It offers a vetted selection of sensory tools, mobility aids, and learning equipment to support functional independence at home.
NeuroCircle
Community Connection & Peer-Led Support
NeuroCircle is a vibrant, inclusive community network designed to connect parents, caregivers, and self-advocates through shared lived experiences. Built as a secure “safe space,” it bridges the gap between clinical support and daily life by providing peer-led mentorship and a collective network of resources.
Accessibility
NeuroCircle is engineered to be globally inclusive while remaining deeply relevant to the East African context through advanced localization and technical compliance.
Multilingual Support (Kiswahili & More): Understanding that neurodivergence is a global experience, the platform supports over 50 languages, including Kiswahili. This allows users to navigate the interface and participate in discussions in their primary language.
WCAG 2.1 Compliance: The platform adheres to international Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, ensuring it is fully optimized for screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, and other assistive technologies.
Inclusive UI Design
The user interface is intentionally crafted to reduce cognitive load and accommodate diverse sensory processing needs.
Dark Mode & High Contrast: Essential for users with light sensitivity, these themes ensure key elements are clearly distinguishable to improve readability.
Scalable Typography: Users can adjust font sizes for better legibility without disrupting the layout or functionality of the platform.
Reduced Motion: To prevent sensory overload, the interface minimizes animations and transitions that might cause distraction.
Neurodivergent-Specific Accessibility
We go beyond standard compliance by integrating tools specifically requested by the neurodiverse community.
Spoiler Alerts: Allows users to hide sensory triggers or overwhelming content behind a click to maintain a safe browsing experience.
AI Summaries: Integrated AI plugins provide concise “TL;DR” summaries of long discussion threads, assisting those who struggle with large blocks of text.
Community Use Cases
For Neurodivergents: Engage in a sensory-friendly environment where you can communicate in your mother tongue and use tools adapted to your processing needs.
For Caregivers & Educators: Access a global knowledge base localized for your community, making specialized support more actionable and less intimidating.
For Professionals: Reach a diverse stakeholder group and provide expert guidance in the languages your clients speak at home.
For Stakeholders: Collaborate on a global advocacy network that respects linguistic and cultural diversity to ensure neuro-inclusion is a truly universal movement.
